A. We ship from Bridgeville, Pennsylvania USA, which is a suburb of Pittsburgh. We are in the northeastern part of the United States.

A. Our minimum order is $100.00 for orders within the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico, and $200.00 for orders to any other country.

A. We accept all major credit cards & debit cards. This is the quickest way to set up a new account. You will save COD charges by paying by credit card or mailing a money order in advance of shipment. We also accept payment by PAYPAL, bank wire transfer & Western Union. Please ask us for a freight estimate if you are making a payment in advance. If you prefer, we can ship COD MONEY ORDER. For those with established credit histories, (at least 5 companies from whom you purchase on open account), please request a credit application.

A. Shipping costs will depend on the weight and size of the order and where we are shipping the order. We can determine the exact amount after packing, or we can give an estimate before packing.

A. We do our best to keep stock on the items we sell. In the event that something is not available when your order ships, let us know if you would like us to backorder for you. We will contact you before shipping backorders, unless you would like us to ship without contacting you. If you prefer not to backorder items, we will ship and cancel. Also, we can suggest substitutions if you would like us to.

A. We will credit defective merchandise or send replacements. Please contact us for return authorization upon receipt of your order.

A. We will normally use the following shippers, unless otherwise requested: Ground shipping within the United States is with UPS. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico - Priority Mail (customer must assume responbility for lost or delayed packages). Canadian shipments - UPS. All other international shipments - we will use economical and reliable shippers, or will use a shipper requested. We can ship internationally by the postal service, but the customer must assume responsibility if the shipment is delayed or lost.

A. We can drop-ship orders if they are paid in advance. There will be a $5.00 service charge for any shipment which is less than our minimum order of $100.00. Freight charges will also apply.

A. You may pick up your order at our warehouse in Bridgeville. We are located south of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania just a few miles off of Route 79. Please let us know when you are coming. We can have your order ready when you arrive or you may shop in our show room. WHOLESALE ONLY.
